Fruit juice for your health

Fruit juice is natural liquids that extracted from fruit or vegetable tissue. Common juices include apple, carrot, cranberry, grapefruit grape, mango, pineapple, pomegranate, and tomato juice.

Fruit juice clearly offers many health benefits. Fruit juice such as citrus juice contains vitamin C, sugar solids and natural clouding agents.

Juice are varies according to their calories and sugar content. Some have as much natural sugar as some soft drinks and are higher in calories.

There is a suggestion to mix fruit juice with mineral water and drink it half an hour before meals. Since human body takes 20 minutes to register feeling full, the juice will help cut appetite by raising blood sugar level.
